Prepare the dough by pouring the milk into the bowl of the planetary mixer, where we have crumbled the yeast.

With the machine running, gradually insert the flour, followed by the sugar and the salt.

Finally, add the butter, continuing to knead until obtain an elastic dough. Once ready, transfer the dough to a floured work surface and let it rest for 15 minutes. After this time, transfer everything to a previously greased plumcake mold, placing it in a warm place until doubled.

To obtain excellent browning, we must brush the surface of the sandwich bread with milk and bake it at 200 ° C for about an hour.
