Matilde Flour is not like all the others. It is a special flour, suitable for leavened products in general, which tells about a father’s love for his daughter. The father is called Gianni, he is an expert pizza maker and in collaboration with Molino Bigolin Giovanni from Rossano Veneto he created a blend of flours in memory of his little Matilde.
Matilde flour is also a social sustainability project. In fact, we at Molino Bigolin Giovanni will donate part of the proceeds from the sale of flour to the association “L’isola che c’e” in Padua, which deals with children with pain and incurability problems and their families, supporting the activities of the regional center for palliative care and pediatric pain therapy Hospice Pediatrico Padova.
